Traverse City Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Traverse City! The weather was perfect! We stayed at Grand Beach Resort and the kids loved swimming in the lake and pool. The first day we arrived Ryan jumped into the cold lake and started swimming. It took Anya a little time to get used to the cold water but she did eventually go swimming, too.

On my own

Yes, I am surviving my week of parenting alone. Axel left for Germany/Israel on Sunday and will return this Saturday. We are keeping busy with trips to the library, play dates, parks, and swimming. I am lucky I was able to have Rachel (babysitter) come and watch the kids for a couple hours yesterday and today. The break was very much needed. : )
