Barbie Fun

Julia (the little girl who lives next door) came over with her friend this afternoon to play Barbies. Anya was so excited to see all the Barbies Julia had. Anya is just starting to get into playing with them and has a Barbie and kid Barbie named Kelly. Ryan even joined in on the fun!

Later that day we went to Ryan's friend Andrew. He lives a few houses down and has a pool. Ryan and Anya had so much fun swimming all afternoon! I couldn't get them out of the pool to go home. Ryan is now asking for a pool. He seems to think Daddy can just go to Home Depot and get some things to build one. : )

A New Way to Wet the Bed

Seems Ryan found a new way to wet the bed...

Last night Axel and I were watching tv when Ryan came down the stairs. He sat on the last step and just looked around. I got up and slowly walked him back to his bed since he was just sleepwalking... like always. I put him in his bed and noticed it was all wet along with the guard on his bed and the floor. Strange as his underwear and t-shirt were completely dry. Then I realized he must have gotten out of bed and then peed into his bed as if it were the toilet! Ugh! I have caught him trying to pee in the corner of his room before while still sleeping but into his bed! Yuck!

T-Ball

Ryan had his first day of T-Ball this morning. He learned some rules and how to run the bases.

Summer Camp

Ryan and Anya started summer camp this past Monday. Anya is doing great in the preschool room and Ryan is loving his prekindergarten room. Ryan goes Monday through Thursday from 9:00-12:30 and Anya goes on Mondays and Fridays. They get to have lunch together at lunch time. : )

Beautiful Day

We had such a great day today. Went to the library, played in the park, got pizza from our favorite pizza place (Brooklyn Pizza), and topped it off with some delicious ice cream.

Sleepwalking Ryan

Yes, this kid sleepwalks all the time. Mostly, we hear him walking around upstairs and quietly guide him back to his bed. Sometimes we sneak one last peek into his bedroom before we go to sleep and find him sitting up starring into nowhere. Other times we are awakened in the night by his scream only to find him sleeping ever so peacefully. This behavior always gives me a fright. Last night, as I was walking upstairs to bed I was frightened half out of my mind. When I reached the top of the stairs and saw Ryan laying on the floor I nearly jumped out of my skin. He was fine..just never found his way back to his bed.
