Heartbreak

Ryan had a check-up at the doctor's. He completely enjoyed being weighed, checking his height, and having his ears checked. When the nurse got to checking his heart he gave her a really strange look and so I quietly told him, "The nurse is just going to listen to your heart, sweetie." Ryan replied in a very sad voice, "My heart is broken." The nurse gave him a smile and told him she was all done. He got a huge smile and his face and yelled out "You fixed my broken heart?"
