Anya's 2 year well visit

Anya's well visit...

When the nurse took us into the examination room and asked me to get Anya undressed it wasn't pretty. Anya was sure she was going to get another shot in her bottom since I was taking off her pants. She screamed, "No! No shot on bum! No!"

She weighs 26 pounds 12 ounces (50th percentile) and is 35 inches tall (90th percentile). Not sure where her height is coming from but I can say for certain it isn't from me.

She got one shot in her leg. As you can guess this wasn't exactly fun for Anya. She cried big alligator tears and pushed the nurse's hand away.

Here are some highlights about Anya's development...
*speaks 3 word sentences
*knows the colors red, purple (her favorite), pink (another favorite), blue, green, yellow, orange, black, and white
*recognizes the letters s, t, y, a, b, z
*is trying her best to count but gets mixed up for example, 1,3,3,3,4
*loves to jump especially off a bottom step or a stool
*can sing Elmo's World song and trying her best to sing Twinkle twinkle little star
*has been fully potty trained for some time
